Even though I am a novice bicyclist, I needed a deceit pair of bike shorts that didn’t ride up or were uncomfortable. I am 5’7” and weigh 145 lbs and according to the sizing chart I should fit into a small. However I ordered the medium since I like my clothes on the loose side. So the shorts fit perfectly. The fabric is soft, lightweight and a nice color. I recommend this product!
I love these shorts! The first time wearing them, I could tell a lot of thought and intention went into these shorts. Now, they're the shorts I reach for the most. They are clearly designed with the MTB athlete in mind. The cinching pulls at the sides of the waist perfectly customize the fit. The material is super duper light and dries quickly. Essentially, I never once thought about my shorts while I was ripping trails, and that's pretty much the best attribute a piece of performance clothing can have. Sizing was right on. I am 5'5, 130lbs, waist 27, hips 38, and the size 4 fit on the loose side of perfect. I do have to pull the cinchers at the waist in all the way. I'd say if you're on the cusp of sizing, it's safe to size down.
The shorts fit per the size chart. They are very comfortable and not tight. While riding they stayed in place. No issues with sweat. They appear to wash well (hang dry). The only con would be there are no front pockets. Not even a small one for chapstick. There is a pocket on the leg portion. Overall I would buy these again. I’m very pleased with the color, fit, and material.
Generally I tend to love OR for their gloves and other outdoor gear, but historically haven’t been to crazy about their attire. I’ve heard a lot of hype about these pants though and they absolutely do not disappoint! They are curvy in the right places and more snug where they need to be. I love the slim and simple style. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
These are so comfy that it almost feels like I’m not wearing pants! I love the waist band and the snap closure! The waistband is wide and doesn’t bunch up when on the bike. I even wore them after my ride as my casual shorts (after removing my chamois). I’ll definitely be ordering a second pair!
I've been looking for a lightweight mountain bike short that fits right and is not too baggy, these are perfect! Great for long all day rides or quick spins where you hang out after and don't want to look like you have dude pants on!
