Perfect Baby/Toddler Outdoor Picnic Blanket

Pretty sure this is not what it's intended for, but I got this for our toddler nature class. We sit on blankets all year outside and often the ground is damp. I've been looking for something better to sit on and this is it! Waterproof on the bottom and the top is soft to the touch. It feels like sitting on 3 quilt blankets of thickness. I no longer have to feel the rocks or sticks under my butt if I'm late to class and get the most undesirable spot in the circle. My only con is that I wish the bag was easier to repack when you are done and fold/roll it up.

First impressions are good!

Just snagged this from REI because I camp a lot and am tired of the cumbersome camping carpet options out there that left me more annoyed than anything. Stumbled on this overland mat as a good alternative and so far I am impressed with its quality, comfort, and durability. I couldn't pass the deal since I managed to get mine $30 off manufacturer price but would have been more than glad to pay full price for this mat. My dog also approves of the mat which is more important than anything since it gives him a large area to spread out on without fear of his getting covered in bugs as he does😅. Over all being new to this brand Rumpl I had no real expectations, however I find myself now perusing their catalog for other items of theirs. If you want a good mat that offers some relief from the sticks and stones on the ground at camp then check this mat out, it may just work as well for you as it does for me😁. Also if you do not like the two color options just hold on a bit as Rumpl just dropped a new purplish/midnight blue mat that I am certain REI will have in stock soon😁.
