I live in these in the summer
These are my trail running, long loop backpacking, peak bagging, errand day, do everything summer shorts. They dry fast after sweat or rain, wash up quick in backcountry, and pack light. They don’t ride up thanks to the comfy high wasted fit and the key pockets are on the side so there’s no chafing even with a heavy backpack pulling long days. The band and material are sturdy and still look good after multiple backpacking trips and running in them all summer. I cut the liners out of these and they are the breeziest, comfiest shorts I own. Salomon had best not change a darn thing. I really hope they restock soon… 5’4” ~130# with glutes and quads — size S
Comfortable choice!
I bought these shorts a month ago, and am happy with my choice! They are a looser fit with a higher rise, which makes them easy and awesome to wear. I have since received a pair in another colour as well! I was also happy with the fact that there was no chaffing on my long run in these shorts, so they are very functional. If you are debating between sizes, I’d recommend sizing up.
