By far, the best mountain biking shoe for free riding or trail riding very comfortable very durable. My last pair lasted me six years and after six years of taking care of them, they finally developed holes in the soles, but technically I could still wear them just fine. Decided it was time to upgrade.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes are incredibly comfortable! As someone who deals with bunions on both feet, I'm thrilled to have found a pair that works for me. The adjustability is excellent – I can customize the fit to accommodate my feet without any pinching or pressure. Beyond comfort, they perform beautifully on the trail. The grip on the pedals is outstanding – my feet stay planted exactly where I need them, even on technical descents. After several hours on the trails, my feet feel great. I'd highly recommend these to anyone struggling with bunions who needs mountain bike shoes that don't sacrifice comfort for performance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BOA closure keeps them snug and debris out, and not having lace loops gives me peace of mind. The sole grips pedals really well. They stay dry after 4–5 hours of riding with occasional puddle splashes. (In case you’re wondering, I also use pants with boot hooks at the cuffs on the BOA wire to keep splashes out—it works great.) My feet are 24.3 cm long and 98 mm wide—women’s size 7.5 fits perfectly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking shoe. Sizes small. I am a 10.5 in every other FiveTen shoe for the last 12 years, but this one is definitely not a 10.5. Will exchange for an 11.
my son said they are very comfortable and work perfect with his petals
Free rider shoes are the best built shoe in the world. They are applicable to golf, riding, hunting, climbing and most of all, casual wear. I wear them 90% of my waking hours. I own 6 pair including blue, black, green & gray. I want the color blue back in the product line as well as a solid gray.
The shoe seems nice, and I love the BOA, but it runs large. I ordered my regular size, 8.5, but it was huge. I returned it and need to reorder either a size 7.5 or 8, but I'm not sure which to go with as I never wear a 7.5.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, it’s the best mountain bike shoe I’ve ever purchased. The boa lacing is a game changer! I ride downhill and the shoes are so comfortable, supportive and glued to my pedals. White will present a challenge with keeping clean, but who cares.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Length works, but too wide. I walk out of them even when buckled up tight. And, they are really ugly clodhopppers! I may try a different Adidas style as it's hard to find flat pedal biking shoes in a womens size 11-12/43-44.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just like the look and wear them for casual dress. I don’t mountain bike. They are very stiff when I received them but the more I wear them the more comfortable they get.
