Salomon  Aero Glide 3 GRVL Road-Running Shoes - Women's

Shoe is very light with great cushioning and bounce. It performs well running/walking on roads as well as on trails. I LOVE the burnt ochre color and really appreciate the robust shoestring material - always stayed tied, avoiding unnecessary stops. The only downfall is sizing as these run big. I also have narrow feet so once tied, the material puckers at the bottom of the toe box, where the laces begin. Even with thick socks, it’s a less than perfect fit, which results in some rubbing on my heels after several miles. I would try sizing down a 1/2 size next time.

When I started running I watched every video and read every article about running shoes. Even then I just didn’t feel “connected” with my shoes. Some runs felt harder than others and I didn’t feel I was meeting my capability. Then came the Salomon Aero Glides..the first trip out with them I jogged unsure of how I would feel. I had Salomon’s mostly for hiking and fashion so running I figured was the best next avenue. I am beyond glad I did! The jog was so smooth I changed to a run. My feet didn’t ache there was no real break in time needed. Now I do about 4miles minimum and 8miles max. I’m no expert runner and I will say these shoes though helped me continue to love my run journey and really connect. If you have been debating on a pair of Salomon running shoes do it and be prepared to be pleasantly surprised.

I’ve had these for a bit now and I can’t say enough good things about these shoes!! They are beyond comfy from the moment I put them on, they feel great, look great, work great, and have great support! As someone who’s had 4 knee surgeries starting back when I was 14, I already have arthritis. These shoes feel amazing to walk and run in on my knees, this makes me so so happy. I love all of my salomon shoes tremendously!!

This is my second pair of AG 3 Gravels. I love them for running dirt roads and crushed gravel rail trails. Plenty of cushion for long runs (10+ miles) and good stability on bumpy, rocky roads. I was worried that they would be too wide in the forefoot, because I had a pair of the first Aero Glide road shoe that was way too roomy, but the fit is fine. Roomy in forefoot but not crazy wide like the old road version.

These truly make me feel like I could run a 50k and still have energy in the tank to run further. So incredibly comfortable and stable without feeling bulky. The grip is phenomenal and this shoe does great on the front range trails in Denver as well as the city park gravel trails. I haven't tried them yet on more technical terrain, but anticipating loving them there as well.

As far as sizing I sized up as usual with most running shoes and it worked for me as I use a different sock thickness to run.

They run big, Should have sized down ( might be ok with really thick socks) the insoles come out every time I take them off. I would return at this point if I could because it drives me nuts. Very comfortable but not the support I expect from Saloman. After using them over a month daily for my run I find they are getting more sloppy( stretching out?)

I know looks shouldn't matter, as long as the shoe performs, but it's great bonus to have a fantastic shoe that also looks amazing! I live in Colorado and when the trails are muddy, I move on to gravel and this shoe has been all I need. Super comfortable upper section, lots of cushion, and the grip works great on the gravel and road. Recommend 100%.

I have bad joints and worse foot pain. should I be running at all? Probably not. Do these shoes alleviate those issues? Absolutely! I have tried other big name shoes (hoka, DQ, Brooks) and had all but given up on a shoe that gave me the cushion and bounce I needed. This is it though! The perfect running shoe

I can’t believe how perfect these shoes are I have a lot of heel pain and plantar fasciitis and these shoes have truly made the difference. I normally wear size 10 women’s I sized down to 9.5 and they still have some room. I bought a pair of black ones for work too. Definitely recommend!
