I bought a pair of these when they first came out a couple of years ago and always saved them for my "dress" shorts. I always looked forward to wearing them as they are the most comfortable shorts I have ever owned. I finally decided to replace my lined Breeze shorts with the active breeze shorts because they are just so much more comfortable than the Breeze short. The extra comfort comes from the difference in the waste band. The old Breeze short had a typical stretch liner but the new active breeze short has more of smooth band where you don't feel the waist band against the skin, you dont actually know you are wearing them.
I’m a big fan of the breeze complete line and others as I have multiples of each. I always wanted to try the elevate line and got the shorts, but am undecided on both the new waist band and the stitched pockets,.... Seems like they should reduce cost and complexity so time will tell. I did find the little pocket in the liners as a great idea. The new material is really good so far. I think the sewn in pockets just make it look different and it shows what’s in the pockets whereas the original design looks cleaner.I use the breeze shorts and pants for pickleball....a lot .... Almost exclusively....as are amazing
Had two pairs of these shorts and both didn’t even last a year. The liner wears out.
Super comfortable but lining is heavy and not great for hot summer

Great shorts, except there is a phone pocket on the right. The problem is the phone with the case does not fit nicely. I have the standard size iPhone, not the max. But it is in a small low profile case, not a larger one like an Otter Box. And I can put the phone in the case in the pocket and zip it. Wish I could. The pocket also lands on the hip bone. With it were a little lower. Would also be nice to have a matching pocket on the left side for left handed people. But the fabrics are nice and they are made well.
Bought these for my husband and he loved the comfort and looked great in them, will be ordering more! Send me a discount code 😉😉🥰🥰
I have 4-5 pair of the older style of these shorts and love them. A couple are getting older so I ordered the new version with the thick wasteband/girdle. I absolutely hate these. Fit is totally different and the girdle feel is the opposite of what I liked about the older version. Wife just bought me several of the long sleeve shirts that I love, but I won’t buy these shorts ever again unless they go back to the other version. Thanks for the opportunity for some input.Chris Hakes
It’s hot out and after my shower I pull these on without thinking about what I am going to do. Because they work for running to the hardware store, the grocery, whatever errands my wife has for me or the driving range and out for breakfast. The go to shorts if I don’t need long pants.
Comfortable. Looks great. I bought one just to try it and now I have 4. Add some more colors (dark) and I'll definitely increase that number. I wanted to put "like wearing a cloud" in the title, but my wife thought that would be too weird.
