Good, visible band; bad charge cable
This safety band is very visible and easier to put on than the velcro bands I've used (and can wear out). While most bands are nicely visible (well, unless you use a stealth band to just hold your pant leg in place...), the strobe is an added visibility feature that naturally focuses a viewer's attention on the band and therefore who it is attached to. But the band is not perfect. First off, the cap (plug) over the charge port is small and black and has no leash; I assume it will get lost soon (duct tape to the rescue, especially if it's wet outside?). Another thing, the charge cable that was conveniently supplied does NOT connect to the charge port. I assume a pin or two is bent. But I have other USB-C cables to use that work fine.
Bright but questionable longevity
I was a little disappointed in the durability. Bought in September, dead in January, using most weekdays for 3-10 mile evening runs. It's bright. The battery lasted well (until it permanently died). Am sure that I went at least 3 hours a few times without dimming or outage. I really think it helps with visibility, maybe even better than products that turn your torso into a flashing landing signal for space ships--which might be too overwhelming for some drivers to process in a few brief moments. I have a headlight with a back of the head light, and this around my right wrist (because I run on the left) and cars on unlit roads seem to see me well ahead of time. I'm buying two so that I can carry the second to be safe. REI fantastic about taking return, making me fine about trying a second time.

LOVE this!
LOVE it! had mine for 1.5y before I lost it - bright, rechargeable, charge lasts a good while, easy to put on/take off. I use it when biking, and I bike every workday all year round and it has made it through a few years of atmospheric rivers with no problems. 100% buying a new one. Note the brightness does vary along the strip - dimmer to one end.
