Too Large for Smaller Bodies
I'm probably being a bit generous with this rating. The one size fits all thing means it fits larger folk. I'm 5' 7" 150# and this is way too big. Using the water bottles means removing them from the pockets...which, for my purposes is fine but maybe not for a runner. Also the straps on the sides, once secure to my "normal sized body" means they're flapping around. I'll need to do a mod on those. Finally the water bottles themselves aren't great. I'll repurpose my OV bottles from my fastpack instead. Overall I'll make this vest do the job but if you're on the smaller side, beware, this will fit huge on you.
Type 1 Runner
[Written by my spouse, who uses the product] As a Type 1 diabetic runner, this vest has been a game changer. I fill the front flasks with apple juice for quick access to carbs during long runs, and the rear storage compartment has plenty of room for emergency snacks, extra juice, and other essentials. The front pockets are also perfect for carrying my phone, making it easy to monitor my blood sugar without breaking stride. It’s comfortable, lightweight, and stays secure while running. For anyone managing diabetes and logging miles, I highly recommend this vest. Amazing product! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A must have!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This my 1st time using anything for this. This is so lightweight and useful when I go on runs. The water bottles are such a great idea that wont make you feel heavy while youre running. You will definitely stay hydrated and comfortable while wearing this.
Comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great product! So comfortable to use. Walking my baby and using this and it made my walks easier. Highly recommended. Thank you influenster.
One of the best Nathan vests I own.
Great mid-range vest with full hydration options. Storage adequate. Comfortable material & effective adjustment strap design.
Great Starter
I genuinely think this is a great vest for just getting into running longer distances. It stays firmly put on the body with very minimal bounce overall. The water bottle retention loops are also a nice addition as it helps keep them locked down when they’re starting to run low so they don’t accidentally slip out. It’s also pretty light weight. I’ve ran with it both with a shirt on and shirtless and didn’t really have any issues with it rubbing anything wrong or causing any hot spots if that’s something anyone else was worried about.
Good Product - A Little Too Bouncy
Nathan makes great products, this one seems to bounce around too much for me. It could be my issue, I wear a compression shirt under it and maybe that makes it move around more than my other packs, but this one moves a lot.
Perfect for Me
I live remotely in Wyoming, running rocky terrain, this running vest is perfect for me. The pockets accommodate sufficient water, while the other pocket holds my bear spray securely. Light weight and breathable, love it.
Good Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product. It can hold a bunch of water and is super comfortable and durable. It’s light weight and easy to travel with. It has a sleep design.
Running vest
It’s a really good vest! Lots of options for storing things. The one size fits all is the only downsize.
