[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The New Balance Fresh Foams have become my favorite running shoe. I love how the shoe secures my foot and leaves room in the toe area for when my foot expands on long runs. The shoes are very comfortable due to the cushioning inidsole. I use these sneakers for both my runs and workouts.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this shoe, as a marathon runner it's nice to switch up the style I'm using. My go to is the Fresh Foam 1080, I found that the 880 has that same thick platform that I like but it's slightly less cushiony than the 1080s and because of this it was a little less springy. I found this shoe to also be slightly wider than what I'm used to. This shoe seems to be sturdier than some of my other sneakers and have kept their form pretty well so far! I also love the look of the high platform!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am usually a diehard Brooks girly, but I took these out for a spin and was pleasantly surprised. They are lightweight, yet surprisingly supportive, and make cruising through easy miles a breeze. I'm also a physical therapist and am on my feet most of the day, so I love wearing these shoes to work as they are much more stylish than my other sneakers and keep my feet happy and supported throughout the day. They have a 6mm drop so if you are wearing a more neutral shoe, that's just an important thing to note. I overall am happy with these and will keep them in the rotation for runs when I need a little boost.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've worn these on a few runs ranging from 3-6 miles and was pleasantly surprised! Given the heel, they look super cushioned, but I found them a bit more structured and sturdy than I anticipated, i.e., they didn't have as much 'bounce' as I expected. I found them very supportive and will definitely keep them in the rotation for runs up to ~10 miles. Excited to try them on some longer distances too!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my first pair of NBs and I was NOT disappointed! Took no time to break them in and I like the level of cushioning - pretty bouncy, but not superrr thick. They fit true-to-size - I’m a 9.5 in most shoes and the 9.5 fit great. I did two short runs in them before racing a half marathon and they felt awesome!!
really super comfortable, for standing for more than 8 hours, I would only ask for more grip on the sole as it is quite slippery on damp and wet surfaces, be careful when walking,
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this shoe for my daily runs. It’s super comfortable and reliable. An excellent workhorse shoe to add the bulk of your mileage on.
My favorite running shoe I would buy over and over
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked these shoes a lot for a daily trainer in my marathon training rotation. They were very comfortable, responsive and aesthetically stylish (all white, love it). They are not too heavy for a comfortable ride and somewhat light for a trainer. They are not as cushioned or thick if you need that support, but I actually liked this lighter feel for days that I do not want a clunky shoe. The toe box is a bit wider than other brands but that allows for room or wider feet. The laces and top portion are very soft and comfortable. I enjoyed wearing these
I have worn Hoka tennis for well over a decade as an avid runner and walker. However, my pinkie toe started hurting and when I went to the podiatrist, she told me it was my Hoka shoes because even though people think it’s a wide shoe, it’s actually narrow at the toe (and I have narrow feet). So I switched over to NB and my toe has not been hurting. I can walk all day with NB tennis and it doesn’t even feel like I have on shoes. NB you’ve got a new consumer for life. Thank you for creating shoes you can comfortably walk all day in!
