Yes , I recommend this product
I sent this jacket to my 3 year old granddaughter. Her mom said the jacket is soft and a very pretty color of blue. It runs quite small! I intended for her to have growing room this fall…it fits now and she doesn’t have much room for growth. There are no bigger sizes left, so they will keep it.
