Running short
Smooth fit with no harsh tightness at waist or leg. Has gripper rim around leg bottom to hold in place. This is a thinner dri fit type material that is soft. Love the 5” for running, bought a 7” for biking. Best fitted run short I have ever found! 5’4” 120lb for reference, sz M because I have a long torso.
LOVE these!!
I have every color the original 7” pair comes in. I prefer a 5” length but most 5” running compression shorts ride up on me. It is way too distracting and causes bad chaffing after a few miles. Not these! I swear by Janji running shorts. The pockets were slightly smaller than the 7” length but my phone and case still fit without any issues. These shorts are absolutely perfect! Never put these in the dryer.
Perfect for a sweaty run
I bought these to wear for a hot and sweaty 5k and beyond. I love the slight compression and the way that I couldn't even feel my phone in the side pocket. My car key in the back pocket also felt very secure. The sticky dots at the bottom of each leg make the shorts stay put during the entire run.
Great shorts. I'm typically an XL in active wear bottoms and the XL fits me well. The waist is a little snug but the legs fit perfectly (typically it's the opposite for me). I got them for swimming and so far they stay put and are super comfortable while swimming and walking around in (wet or dry). The length is perfect, not too short or long. Definitely recommend.
Not worth the money!!!
I purchased these as a gift for my girlfriend. She was most excited for the pocket design. The shorts arrived with threads fraying at the seams. Everything appeared secure so she snipped the threads. After wearing the shorts for a single workout the decals on the back of the leg are all falling off. Two have come off completely and all of the rest are lifting. Although the functionality of the shorts was good the price point is too high for them to be falling apart the moment they arrive. This is my first experience with this brand and I can say I will not be buying again.

Love these. The band helps prevent shorts from riding up most of the time but not 100% of the time. Still my go to for longer runs!
New Go-To Shorts
I'm 5'11, Size 10 or 12. Shorts are usually a no-go - they either ride or roll up, creating the opportunity for chaffing or they squeeze too tightly - creating an uncomfortable and unflattering feel. That's why I gotta say, THESE SHORTS ARE AMAZING. Perfect length and the dotted grip strips around the thigh are far superior to other brands/styles.

I am a curvy 5’ 6” figure with muscular quads so I’ve been on the hunt for the best running shorts that do not ride up. These were amazing! I ordered a L and they didn’t squeeze my thighs where it was unattractive. And they did not move once in my run. May order another pair, big fan!!
