Best softside cooler I've used

We used the Recon Softside ZL (medium, 17L) cooler for the first time this past weekend and it kept our drinks cold for two days. We used a half gallon milk jug and froze it full of water. This was the only "ice" we used and it worked well. The cooler was left in the truck and out of the sun or heat of the day. The outside of the cooler was cold, so I know we were losing the cold temp inside the cooler. But, our drinks stayed cold for two days, so the insulation can't be all bad. The inner liner is also very water proof as the jug leaked and the cooler held all the water. I do wish the magnets in the handles were stronger. They come apart when carrying the cooler. But overall, we're pleased with it.

solid , well built portable cooler

well constructed - like the lid with release on either side. was concerned with the interior material. It was loose near the corners, initially thought it was a manufacturing defect - but it appears that all them have similar issues (some more, some less)
