So practical!
This versitile pack carried my passports and other sundries when used as a hip pack on my flight from the USA to Scandinavia. I wore it bicycling and could expand it as a back pack to pick up a few days of food. This was far more comfortable to wear as a pack than a nylon packable backpack I have used. My one wish? a flap to cover the opening on top to keep rain out. But I think I will use a scrap of dynemee to make one
2 improvements short from being a perfect bag
I bought this pack in the summer of 2023 and used it for 4 months almost everyday. I would carry a spare jacket, water bottle, camera, some snacks and wallet in the bottom compartment. When I would do a shopping I would roll it up and use it as a rucksack. It is a brilliant little pack but it has in my opinion two flaws. 1) the material of the top of the rucksack started to peel off after only a month of daily use. I am not sure how this will influence the durability of the fabric longterm. 2) it would have been great if the buckle strap was removeable. When using it as a backpack, one always needs to find a way to put it together neatly, for it to not just be flapping around down your back. If the backpack is loaded a bit heavy than the buckle becomes unpleasant on the back. Overall I really love this bag, could only imagine it being better if it had a stronger material and removeable buckles. Nonetheless this little pack is still being used on a very regular basis.
Product so amazing that minor gripes don't matter
Awesome product, It's no the most comfortable as a cross body, but as a hip belt it's awesome. Absolutely game changing. I've backpacked through Denmark, and two of my friends were so jealous of it, it absolutely saved us. Only twice they had to ride with shopping bags and it was absolutely miserable compared to just putting the backpack on. The 11l capacity was amazing, you can pack a LOT in there. I travel with it all the time. I take it empty under my jacket on to the plane to not take any space. When visiting cities you can have your essentials with you, a 0.7ll bottle of water, a small umbrella and when the day is wrapping up and you head home, you can make groceries for the supper/breakfast and roll out the back pack to carry it. It ALWAYS flies with me. I also use it every day, and hundreds of times the pack pack came in handy. It's such a party trick when you can roll It out and save a friend from carrying something in their hand, it's not "perfect" the netting on the side is losing some stitching, the buckle is weird when in backpack mode, but I love the product soooo much it absolutely deserves 5 stars.
