Fits my head!
Wore this hat for the first time on a rainy washington hike, and it’s perfect! I have a short head, I guess, and the small size fits without running into my ears which is a big problem I have. The only other 5 panel style hat that I’ve found that fits is the cotopaxi one. So happy to have found this one!
Loosing its elasticity: becomes too large
I really liked this cap at first, but over time it became too large, and the adjustment strap went completely slack even at its tightest setting. The stretchy softshell fabric lost its elasticity, and the adjustment band at the back did the same. Now I can’t wear it when it’s even slightly windy—I’ve had to chase after it many times! There’s no adjustment left, and the strap is always sticking out, which bothers me because it constantly touches the back of my neck. That ribbon should never have been made from a stretch material that loses its elasticity.
perfect hat to layer with helmet for spring skiing
This hat is so breathable, durable, and adjustable to fit any head shape! I use it for spring skiing, the brim is large enough to effectively shade my face during the ascent, and it fits great under my helmet for the descent. As someone with strong sensory dispositions for textiles on my head, this hat is very soft and feels very nice.
Good, but not great.
This hat is super comfortable but the thin elastic band that is sewn in doesn't last long. Unfortunately, it scrunches up and makes a weird lumpy texture on the outside of the hat. Honestly, I will probably buy another just because of how comfortable the hat is but I'd like to see it last longer and be machine washable.
Comfortable
Great hat, especially on those warmer days. Lightweight and very comfortable. Thank you for adding sizing options, I own and love the previous model but the XL gave me that extra room I needed. It has shown little wear after numerous long hikes this season. Would highly recommend!
Stylish Cap
Love the 5 panel design and brim. Very lightweight and comfortable. I’m more of a fitted cap fan but I’m liking the quality of the adjustable strap. Got a few compliments from friends.

A decent hat, unfortunately when it gets wet the brim does become deformed. I've attempted to straight it out again without any luck.
