Stylist. Versatile. Great for the lake, the golf course or hiking the trails. Due to use, some piling occurs. Wouldn't stop me from buying again.
Great shorts. Breathable. Easy to clean. Almost as if they are impossible to stain. Great for work and hiking. Can be used for swimming also as they dry relatively fast. I own multiple colors of these shorts. 5’11 205 lbs. I got 36” waist 7” inseam.
Swim, Run, Hike, Lounge, Out and About; these shorts do it all. The stretch and softness of the material is high quality. The clean look with button waist (not scrunchy waistband), and hidden drawstrings make these work out around town or get-togethers with friends/fam. Real pockets and a cargo pocket that doesn't look like a cargo pocket, makes the utility feel minimal. And they dry very fast, so a quick dip in the lake or pool is always on the menu.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The zipper pocket is awful. First, they put it on the left leg. So if you're right-handed (like me), it's harder to use. But the worst part is the pocket sits BEHIND your thigh. If you put anything in there, you'll sit on it. Or worse, it will slap against your leg as you walk. I had to ditch the idea of putting my wallet or keys in that secure pocket because it was so irritating. Poor design, will not buy another pair.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent, comfortable, and packable shorts. I've been wearing them almost constantly since purchase. ONLY downside is the fit. I wear a 36" waist in Levi's and my marmot arch rock pants. The 36" filling sun was tight and the waist inflexible. I returned them and sized up to a 38 and have to make use of the drawstring. Also the color I recently purchased has been out of stock since.
Pros: Comfortable, adjustable waist, includes belt loop, quick-drying fabric, durable fabric. Con: The only peculiar thing is a zip pocket that slants backwards: I think this pocket is supposed to accommodate a phone. However, I usually want to stash a compass, altimeter or other object either straight down or forwards. Summary: These became my favorite hiking shorts! Thank you!
I really like these shorts for hiking. The material stretches and is very light weight. Good length for lots of leg movement. Just back from three days at Glacier National Park and great for all weather we encountered - sunshine and drizzle (under a poncho). I like a button vs. a draw string, to keep them snug. The zipper has a slight gap at the top, but NBD.
Good all-around pair of shorts designed for the outdoors. The features that I was looking for were pockets (zipper based) and belt loops. I bought this mainly for backpacking as they are light weight and have those aforementioned features. They are comfortable and fairly stylish. I look forward to further putting them through the ringer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these shorts; first, they are not stretchable as advertised. The waistband is a solid piece that does not stretch, making it useless for several outdoor activities. Second, the return is complex and tricky and does not work as advertised online. If your time is expensive, do not wait for this online procurement.
