Worked great for keeping dry in Iceland

I purchased these rain pants to wear in Iceland during my June visit. I stayed completely dry while touring waterfalls and during a heavy rainstorm. Based on my measurements, I ordered a size medium. Overall I felt like the pants were true to size. They were a little bit long, though I'm short at 5'1'', but they did not drag on the ground, especially when I was wearing my hiking boots. I had a little bit of extra room in the waist, so I was able to comfortably wear them over my hiking pants. They were worth the purchase in my opinion.

Best Rain Pants Ever!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second pair of these pants. I love love love them. I literally live in them lol. In the spring I garden in them. They are flexible and don't sag where I bend all the time..you know at the knees. If you've bought a 100 different brands like me you get that. They are very well made. Fabric does not easily rib or tare. In the winter I wear leggings under them and no matter how cold out I am warm. I don't sweat in them. They are breathable. I 100% recommend these pants!

Keeps me dry and comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lifesaver during rainy hikes and outdoor adventures. The waterproof material effectively keeps me dry in even the heaviest downpours, while the breathable design prevents me from overheating. I love the adjustable waistband, which ensures a comfortable and secure fit. Plus, the lightweight and packable design make them easy to bring along on any adventure. Overall, a must-have for anyone who loves exploring the outdoors, rain or shine.

Too long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed rain pants and had a credit so I went for these. Unfortunate they don't have "short" rain pants and the regular ones are very long and I trip on them. It's fine seeing as I don't need them for more than mostly sitting in a canoe or at a campsite but it's not ideal. I'd like if they made some for those of us who are the average height of a woman in the US (5 ft 4 inches)!

Super baggy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely do their waterproofing job, but the fit is not very comfortable or flattering. I ordered a medium since I always layer another pant underneath for warmth, but these are even baggier than I expected. I prefer the quality of North Face rain pants to other brands, and have an old pair I love but are too short. I am not a fan of this updated fit. Would not order again.

XXXL fit my 2XL body well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally buy a 2XL but North Face tends to run smaller so these 3XL versions were perfect for my big hips and thighs. I tried a few rain pants that feel like crazy bell bottoms at the ankles, but these were much more reasonable at the ankle and overall well fitted. I had to return this because I am pregnant and cannot grow into it but would have kept them otherwise.

Strong rainpant that keeps you dry!

So far I love them! I’ve worn them once in heavy rain and stayed completely dry! The xxl is a good fit for my size 16 body. Not too tight and room to move. I’m especially excited to garden in these as they are a little heavier duty than most rain pants and all the reviews I’ve read say they don’t rip! Love them!

Good quality, too small

These pants would be fantastic for what I need, but they were too small. I went a size up from my true to size because most rain pants require that. But they were still too small for me in my hips. So I returned them. They seemed like great quality though.

Money well spent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used these to take a walk during California's bomb cyclone and kept me dry and comfortable. Felt invincible almost to be honest. Money well spent for sure. Trust me, you get what you pay for and The North Face holds up to its name with the quality.
