KUHL  Resistor Air Pants - Men's

I wear these in the spring, summer and fall. Great pants when its a little chilly and great during full blown hot midwest summers. The vents on the sides are defintiely a nice feature. Plenty of pockets for my stuff. Big enough to carry water bottles and my phone. So far they have been pretty durable for how light they feel. I have hiked through miles of overgrown trails. I think the cotton blended in gives them a nice feel. I find them very comfortable. I highly recommend them.

These are among my new favorite pants. They are flexible and lightweight. I find them to be sized larger than the other Kuhl pants I own I think because of the elastic waste and. However with a belt they fit great and it is worth it for the comfort. The hidden vents and extra pockets are also a huge plus.

My go-to long pants for an active holiday adventure - lightweight, comfortable and durable. Typical 5-pocket arrangement, with good sized pockets. Has an elasticated waistband that also has belt loops, which is great for comfort while concealing a money belt, if that’s what you need. Pants have zippered vents on the sides and small vents on the inner thigh, as well as drawcords on the ankles and a reflective hem if you cuff your pants. Only critique is the lack of “secure” zippered or Velcro closures on at least one pocket.

Excellent hot-weather hiking/dog-walking pants! Of course they’re not QUITE the same as wearing shorts, but they provide excellent airflow while protecting from sun, bugs, poison ivy, etc. Fit is great, as well. Glad I took the plunge, and have since ordered another pair in a different color. Highly recommend!

These pants are true to size. They feel very light The elastic waist provides plenty of forgiveness during activities. I haven't yet worn them in extreme heat but the combination of the light weight fabric and built in venting (fixed and adjustable) can only help. I also haven't yet used the ankle cinch feature but the pants are narrow at the bottom so there is currently no issue riding a bike. There are plenty of pockets for necessities.

Love the Resistor Air product - perfect for my outdoor activities which include birding, walking and hiking in all weather. These are especially good for summer. However, the first time I wore them through rough terrain, I experienced several "picks" in the material from briars and sharp sticks. Otherwise, perfect for me and I will be back for more.

The design of the Resistor Air pants is great. The problem, and the reason for a rating of 3, is that Kuhl pants are not designed for my body. The waist (30) is fine, but the butt is too big and the pants look loose overall. I'm a fit 5' 10".

First Kuhl purchase and super pleased with the performance of these pants. I wore them on a hike in 90 degrees with high humidity and could tell a huge difference from other hiking pants I've tried. I'll be back for more of these!

They are great for working in the woods, even with the heat of the last few weeks. They stay cool and provide great protection from ticks and other insects. I spray with Pernethrin and let it dry for added protection.
