Decent glove, decent value given the alternatives.
Well made. A bit on the small side, I went Large (5'6", 145lbs) and after a few uses I think they loosened up a bit. I was tempted to go XL at the store but settled on the L and am ok with that choice. The sewn in loops on the middle & ring finger base help get them off. The soft section to wipe sweat (or whatever) off your brow/face seems thinner than I am used to. I wish the 'gel' was a bit thicker. This matches past few glove I have bought (PI and others) and is not as good as my oldest gloves which are falling apart. On a 25 mile ride, my left hand went numb on the first 10 mile section and on the final 10 mile rocky fire road section my right hand went numb for a while. Annoying. The 'midnight blue' color is nice and matches my very old Novara cycling jersey more or less. Small win. Not a sale item for me but after some shopping at the store this seemed to be better fit and value since it was cheaper than a more expensive mainstream brand even after that brand had a 25% Labor Day Sale discount.

Comfortable but tore on first race use
Comfortable and well padded but tore on first race use--the velcro is super clingy and when you remove it tears along the seam connecting to the thumb--I suspect if you only remove them using the loops on the palms you could be fine but that's hard to do while rushing on race day

Good pads Long lasting

Good pads Long lasting. I tried quite a few of the glove brands out there Specialized and such ... Keep coming back to Giro since the pads are good and they last pretty long - About a year or so riding 3 thimes a week.

very small

Do not buy these online. Try them on first. They are very small. I typically wear a medium glove and even the size XL I ultimately tried on when I returned the mediums were too tight.

Cheap Material

When I put them on for the first time the gloves were super tight. When I tried to pull them off, part of the back of the glove ripped. I didn't even pull hard.

Nice road gloves

Really good gloves - substantial gel without being bulky or affecting road feel. Quality construction. They are on the snug side, but do loosen up a little after a few rides - so if you're between sizes i'd go up.

A bit small

My hands aren't really that big and the XLs were still a little tighter than I liked. Size up. Also, why doesn't REI have these in stock at all stores?!

Longer fingered gloves

Well made although the fingers are a little long and don't have pull tabs.
