strange fit
Sleeves are long which can be liveable. The fit on the torso to the waist tapers aggressively making the overall look of the garment to be strange. Material is nice though.

Shrinking Tees
Yes , I recommend this product
I think that men’s sizes are shrinking. I have been buying Medium men’s Tees both cotton and Polyester from REI for many many years. Have had a very comfortable fit with Med but for the last few years the same style shirt has more spandex and is a much tighter fit. Today I had to return two Med for the Large version of the same shirts. The large do not fit the same- longer and shoulder is hanging over my arm. They do not fit the same as the older styles.

Short time love affair

I love this shirt! Light weight, dries very quick and oh so comfortable! Sad news though. I wore it only twice. I went on an annual birthday canoeing, camping, fishing trip and this shirt was made for this! I was into my 3rd day wearing it and it stayed clean, dry and didn't stink! I took it off, put on my life vest, and was sitting on the shirt in the seat of our canoe....the water was high and very cloudy. Our canoe was loaded and we hit a rock that we could not see in a rapid and took on water as I tumbled out of the canoe. Sadly, my shirt and my buddy's fishing pole were lost. I'm going to miss this shirt and will more than likely buy another one....loved the color and feel of it, sad to see it go so quickly!

Different than previous versions
No, I do not recommend this product
I looked at this product in store and it is not as nice as last year's version. I liked the raglan sleeves and the waffle style fabric of the previous version. Please bring that version and material back.

Great as an under layer in all kinds of weather. Easy to wash in a sink, and dries quickly. No sign of wear after alternating between two shirts after a 102 day trip in winter to summer conditions.

As a guy who just sweats a lot, this is a great base layer for cooler weather. It was highly effective in wicking sweat away from my skin. I just ordered another one in a different color.
