Unreliable and low quality
I bought this wireless dropper post 3 months ago. Easy install but the seat tilts back constantly despite right torque applied to the lock. Front lock (that controls the tilt) fell after 2 rides. Very hard to reach in seat control in case the lever’s battery is dead. Dropper battery only provides 2000 cycles instead of advertised 6000. Slow to extend back up. Zero customer service, will not return any response to my questions…Returning this and buying a more reliable brand.
didn't work for me
I was unable to pair the post with the lever after many tries and much research online. Tried a number of different things but no luck. Also it's quite heavy and the motor and battery components of the dropper take up quite a bit of space so take that into account when measuring desired drop. At this point I couldn't recommend but I'll give it 2 stars since maybe mines faulty or I somehow didn't pair it correctly. RIght now it's a mighty expensive paperweight.
Absolute Junk!
Not only battery goes dead when it sits but the seat tilts back as you sit on it and doesn't stay in position.
