Showed up used, dirty, and covered in human hair!
Terrible! Item arrived to me in a plain brown box no type of packaging, and 100% USED! Had scrapes and marks on both the inside of the shoe and the outside. I didnt even try them on as the inner portion had countless pieces of human hair strands. Just gross!!! Never thought that REI would get to the point where they sell clearly used and returned merchandise as new, but here we are folks. So a return was obvious, to which REI does have the best customer support in the biz, but that still doesnt make up for what I was sent. Buyer beware, and refresh yourself with their return policies
