I love these, I will always own a pair.
Perfect for those rocky hikes. At first I was tripping on my shoes, but then I stopped to adjust the back and problem solved. I love how versitle these shoes are. I wear them out and about and to outdoor activities. Camping in them are a must as it allows me to adjust the back to allow thicker socks or go barefoot. I am a size 7 in hiking shoes so I bought just that. But if you tighten the back strap it can feel like a 6 plus I have room for my toes. I do have a high arch and probably should not have bought them, but I couldn't resist. These are great for those tiny rocky nook and cranny hikes as it allows my feet to bend and still have the best sole any Chaco's or Tevas can buy. I did buy the EVO C sandals as well as I could not help myself. These are a staple in anyone's lives, Burks, move over.
Sturdy and comfortable
I'm in love. I got into barefoot shoes about two years ago. I've never paid this much for a pair. But these are worth it. I am a solid 6, European 37, men's 4. I was concerned that these were a men's 5/women's 6. They were a tad close on the toe at first. But they've relaxed. They look great with jeans or slacks.
Do anything clogs
I have these in the clay color. Love them. What I like about these clogs is the vibram soles which provide enough traction and grip to do pretty much anything. I ride my bike often in these clogs because the toe cover gives me a safe feeling and the soles are grippy and stiff enough to provide a comfortable and efficient pedal feel. If you get these, be prepared for people to stop you and ask you about them. The only thing I don’t like about these clogs is I have to wear socks because I have a narrow foot.
Dirtbag shoe of all dirtbag shoes
Birkenstock Bostons meet Chacos. The perfect throw on, socks or no socks, before/after/during bike rides, hikes, or really anything. My wife threatened to leave me if I bought these so I left her and got more colors. I'm a pretty consistent 10 and got the 10 in these and maybe, maybe could've sized up although they are comfortable and have broken in well.
Comfortable and cute
Absolute perfection! I am an avid chaco wearer in the summer and then crocs in the winter. These are the perfect mix! Very durable and comfortable.
great quality product!! the perfect everyday shoe
I bought these from bedrock directly, last October when they restocked them. I’m so glad rei has them now, they are my favorite shoes. they are like a heavy duty croc. I wear them everyday, and they are the perfect light hiking / approach shoe for climbing so easy to slip on and off. I wore them when I was in the sequoias and with socks they are super warm and the grip is unreal (better then non slip shoes for food Industry) great for flying with TSA and everything. the materials are so durable, and the straps make them very adjustable. the midsole is very solid and adds a lot of stability. as they start to break in my feet have molded in to them a bit, and make them even more comfortable. the suede has held up well I think I the new buck would have been nice to see age and darken up the suede leaves water marks after getting wet but it bushes out. I have been a vans guy my whole life but they wear out after 6 months of daily wear for me. after discovering how much a zero drop wide shoe do for my feet and body, these have been the best ones I’ve tried. it will take me years before I need new ones
The best knockaround clogs for my hobbit feet
I love these clogs! I wear them walking the dog, I wear them to the office, I wear them more days of the week than not. I really struggle to fit shoes to my feet - wide midfoot, high volume, narrow heel - and these are just so comfortable. I wouldn't take them on a particularly rugged hike, but I get them locked down well and never have an issue with sloshing around. My one complaint might be that it's a hard landing, at first, since there's not a midsole cushioning every step. So I don't like wearing them when I know I'm going to be on concrete or hard surfaces for a long time, as my feet and legs do get tired. But that's not what they're made to do anyways; I just love the fit so much that I wish I could wear them everywhere!
Best shoes I own
I’ve been using them for 2 months and they’re amazing. All from casual street walking to mild hiking and gravel riding. The do it all comfortable shoe for sure.
incredibly versatile shoe
Bought this a month ago, and have used in multiple different scenarios- biking, walking the dog, lounging, gardening; they could probably handle a light less technical hike too. Very comfortable, and go with just about any outfit. One very important point would be to size up- they run small, but you can always adjust the back strap
Nice looking, held promise, but designed for men
I wanted to love this shoe. I especially loved it when it said that this is for sandal people, but, this is described as unisex. I didn’t see that before I ordered it. And the reality is, it’s just another man’s shoe. It does not fit women so sadly, I had to return it.
