Great for serious traction with trail runners

I wore these for hundreds of miles hiking the PCT in 2023, mostly in the Sierra. They worked great for me, and I seemed to be a bit more stable than most of the other hikers that were using the slightly smaller and looser K10s, which were the most popular model I saw. I went up and down some 45 degree hard icy snowfields summitting Mt Whitney on the way. Are they worth the extra $50 over the K10s? Probably not if budget is tight, but I've been very happy with them.

Great step down from traditional crampons

I wore these to summit Mt St Helens in the spring. Essentially a walk up, but a steep and long walk up. They were more compact to carry than my mountaineering crampons, fantastic grip compared to micro spikes. Really easy to walk in, felt very secure the whole time. Would be great on any non-technical climb, especially if pack weight/space is a concern.
