Not that sturdy, but pricey.

I contemplated over a year to buy this mobile tripod after seeing it at a PD store in NYC. I got it with the 20% off sale. While it is neat to have, it has limitations and setbacks. For a plus size phone like an iPhone Pro-Max, this tripod cannot hold the weight of the phone at certain angles. The tripod will fall because the legs are too short. I wanted to use it to capture climbing moments, but the tripod always tips over. It is a solid tripod for other uses like if you are working on a desk and need your phone upright. It is heavy and will add more weight to your pockets if you keep it in your pocket. The metal parts also comes off after some use.

Beautifully designed and machined - Pure Magic!

This small, little piece of equipment travels with me everywhere. It doesn’t take up any space, and for its function, it’s lightweight. Face-timing is so much more convenient using this little tripod, and it’s always there if you want to shoot photos at night or time-lapses. The design is beautiful and functional; the legs have rubber feet, and I especially love the integrated little tuning tool for the ball head (not that I need it much). The mobile tripod is a must-have for everyone who has a pd phone case!

Superb compact EDC tripod for your phone

Another great product from the folks at Peak Design. It may be small in size (which is great) but its capability doesn’t suffer as a result. A perfect EDC tripod. How often have you tried to prop up your phone with cushions, rocks or whatever you can find for that once in a lifetime group shot that you want everyone in? Here is your solution. Love the fact that you can adjust the stiffness of the ball socket with the ingeniously attached adjustment key.

Genius tool.

Bought this to help with photography and find myself using it all the time for reading/watching as well. Simple, elegant design. Thought I might not like the weight but got used to it almost immediately. Love that it works with the car mount as well. Solid purchase. Extremely pleased with it.

Compact and goes with you everywhere

It is slim and nearly invisible. You don’t have to settle for a selfie. A photo opportunity can present itself anywhere and the tripod is here with me. I have used it to take starry night sky photos in an impromptu. Sometimes you find yourself at a viewpoint when adventuring with friends.

The Best MagSafe iPhone Portable Stand

Great slim design with high-quality materials and operation. If you have an iPhone with MagSafe and have a need for a stand (honestly just need mine for video conferencing on the go), this is perfect and you will not be disappointed.

Embarrassed I didn't get one sooner

I put off buying one of these for so long and all that time I was balancing my phone against mugs and stuff, completely oblivious to the FACT that this is exactly what I've been looking for! It's just perfect.

How did I live without it!

This tripod has made having a phone conversation fun again. Prop up your phone and see the screen. An added plus while charging too. The cable extends freely and isn't cramped or bent.

Best phone stand ever

I've had this one for years, and it is still like new. Well made, versatile. I use it in my home office and when I travel and it's probably my favorite phone accessory, ever.
