Only a couple 2-hour treks so far, but really like these boots. They are meant for heavy hiking, great for snowshoes or crampons. I had a chance to use with both crampons/snowshoes in about 10 inches of snow on some steep climbs. It has a floating tongue, so less chance of rubbing, great toebox, easy to lace for steep downhills. No rubbing, expecting these to last for many years.
