Best all-around telemark boot
I'm a demo tech for a telemark company. We lend out Scarpa TX Comps, TX Pros and T1 75mm boots so people can try our bindings and skis. From what I've gathered over the season is that the TX Pro are the preferred boot comfort-wise across the Scarpa range. TX Pros have a similar flex to the old T1 boot, and the Comp is closer to a T-Race. I picked mine up barely used from an REI ReSupply for $200, an insane deal. The 60 degree ROM in walk mode is amazing. They feel very lightweight compared to alpine boots. Between resort and backcountry riding, this boot does it all. If you're never going to go touring and want and even more aggressive boot though, the TX comp might be a better option.
