Sizing Runs Small
Great pants but run rather small. I bought a medium. I wear 32/30 pants. Length was fine but they are too tight across the hips and rather snug at the waist. They have to go back.
Great for the fall!
Better for fall days or when extremely active in the winter. Not sure on water resistant level, been dry so far. Fits well, a little long, but zipping them over boots fixes that. Comfortable for 30+ degree days, lower if you’re doing more than hiking.

The only improvement would be to add a pocket big enough for a cellphone as I often ski without a jacket
