Best Fleece for Every Season
This was absolutely my staple fall piece as someone who lives in a mountain town. So warm and cute and the color is absolutely perfect. I wear it zipped up under my ski coats too!
Shockingly warm
I bought the Pieper fleece on a whim bc I have a short torso and was trying to find a cropped fleece that was still technical. I was shocked by how warm this fleece is for being so light. I’ve worn it on flights, around town in the winter, and as extra layers both skiing and sailing. It’s light but mighty. It also washes well. I’ve been led astray by sherpa fleeces and other fleeces by other brands and didn’t have super high hopes when I tried this fleece but Halfdays truly knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend.
dissapointed
I bought this late fall and really wanted to love it, I live in a climate with cold winters, spend a lot of time outside and love the idea of women owned/designed gear brands. I hike almost everyday so functionality is super important to me, not just looking cute. The zipper on this fleece drives me crazy, to the point that I don't wear it. When it zips up or down it almost always gets caught on the inside lining material, so when I am out for a hike and want to adjust it up or down I always have to stop and fix it.
The absolute best fleece!
I bought this fleece thinking I would wear it occasionally but I can’t take it off! I wear it to go hiking, shopping, hanging with friends, and even lounging at home. It is very flattering and one of the most comfortable pieces I own. I’ll be purchasing another one in another color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I adore this fleece so much!!! Easy to throw on with uggs for a day by the fire…but also works under my ski jacket! I wear it all the time. I’m usually between a small and medium in most things. at 5’5 130 I have the small and it works perfectly.
Amazingly soft and warm!
Loved the way this jacket looked online and pulled the trigger on it. It did not disappoint. I wore it out on a very cold wintry day, and it kept me warm even without a jacket. Looks really good and flattering. Can't recommend it enough!
Too cropped
I want to love this! It’s SO soft and the quality is great! But it’s a tad too cropped…if I want to be cozy and warm, I also don’t want it constantly rising up my back and sides, ya know? I would also looooove a black option.

1 of my favorite things in my closet! This fleece is the easiest to throw on heading to hot yoga or grabbing a coffee with a friend. The pockets are amazing & the zipper high quality! I recommend this to all of my friends!
Fav Fleece
So soft, warm, and fits so well! I usually wear a 6/8 and sized up to a large for a more oversized fit. The arms are a smidge long so I do have to roll them, but otherwise it’s the perfect fleece.
