I've slowly been converting wardrobe to natural fabrics. I won't wear anything itchy. Several manufacturers use Merino Wool but I find they pill and look bad after 1-2 uses. This hoodie is amazing, fabric is soft enough and has become my go to item. When I bought it, the color left was olive green in large (I'm usually medium) and not on my color wheel but the fabric, cut, wear outweigh color in my book. I can always add silk scarf for color. The large gives enough space to layer. Again No Pilling, looks like new after four weeks of wear. I wash gentle/cold or by hand. No dryer. Love this hoodie.
Love the jacket--not the zipper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great extra layer and fantastic for travel--EXCEPT it has a lousy zipper. I have a similar Icebreaker jacket (though with a hood) that I purchased a few years ago and it has a wonderful sturdy two-way zipper. I wish Icebreaker had used the same zipper on this jacket. Instead, it is flimsy and hard to get started. Once engaged, it seems fine, but it's quite inconvenient to have to fight with the zipper for several minutes, especially when it's cold or you're on the run!

I wear a size 14/16 blouse and I do not like things to fit snug. I'm very happy with the mossy green color - too. Bonus- it was on sale! Thank you Icebreaker!
defective zipper, returned twice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed in product, zipper did not work well. Other icebreaker zip ups had metal zippers (also two-way). This has plastic zipper, much cheaper feel, very difficult to get started
Great lightweight jacket
