The sternum strap broke completely off the right shoulder strap on my first use with the product... luckily I was able to rig something up w a carabiner to make it work in the moment.
First time buying a backpack in 20 years. I am really impressed with the quality and comfort of this bag. This bag was so well made, I decided to try one of their sleeping pads as well. (Loved it as well)
