Light Foam helmet for smaller heads
This helmet is amazing if you have a smaller head and you are looking for a light helmet. Unlike other foams helmets, like BD (love their helmets but don't fit smaller heads) this helmet offers smaller adjustments without giving up lightness and comfort. The only thing I would say is that the shell looks a bit big on my head with the smaller adjustments, but that's understandable!

Favorite Helmet!
Super lightweight but still gives plenty of protection. Fits like a glove, is low profile, while still covering lots of surface area!

Lightweight and breathable
This helmet is awesome. It's lightweight but still offers decent protection for the breathability and weight. It's basically a thin plastic shell over a foam interior. I get that it's for weight but the plastic seems more delicate than other similarly constructed helmets. The plastic also marks easy which is weird. The webbing can take a bit of time to adjust so it doesn't run over your ears but it's really not that difficult. Overall, a really well-made helmet. This is up there with other lightweight foam constructions.

Too deep
This helmet is deeper than the wall rider. The shell itself rests on the top of my ears and the adjustment arms didn’t want to stay off the base of my ears. The deep shape also gives it a weird profile on head and felt pretty goofy in it. The brow also would not allow me to wear sunglasses in conjunction with the helmet. On the positive side, it is super comfy other wise and really light considering how much additional shell Mammut added to the foam versus leaving it exposed.

Cozy and light
Couldn't ask for a better helmet, very comfortable, easy to adjust and really light. The light side means it's great for long days on the rock walls or hanging at the crag. It also fits really nicely under helmet compatible layers like goretex jackets or mid layers with hoods. I broke one in my luggage coming back from the Alps, the foam broke on the side, probably from being shoved too hard in a compact bag. I just bought another without hesitating.

Solid/light weight helmet
So far, I have used this on two outdoor climbing trips (top rope & sport climbing). The helmet has decent ventilation and is light enough that i barely feel any weight. No issues with the helmet obstructing my line of sight or affecting my head/neck mobility, but i also haven't been squeezing into any tight spaces or off-widths. I have a fairly large head and it fits pretty snug, but the adjuster in the back helps it fit nice and securely.

Light and Full-featured
This helmet offers a rare complement of being very lightweight and also very featured. Of special note is the ratchet adjustment system, which I find much more user-friendly and effective than other systems. It is comfortable and the headlamp straps/clips function well. The helmet's weight and cutouts also mean that it is very breathable which, coupled with its color, makes it very cool, even in prolonged direct sunlight.

This is light weight, sturdy, and even looks good. It fits perfectly into most climbing packs or hiking packs with an external carry pocket. There was some worry about the straps being a little thinner but they are sturdy and do not twist when using. I am a beginner climber but based on the other impact activities I do I would say this helmet works for all levels.

Love this helmet!
Finally used this today. Wore it all day long and didn’t realize it was on most of the time. Super comfortable. Fit really well. And was super light! I appreciate that the plastic shell covers the entire helmet unlike some of the other higher end helmets that lack the abs plastic on the sides in order to save weight.

It's a pretty comfortable helmet that's light and easily adjustable. The only MINOR thing that I thought was less than optimal was that the plastic bracket at the back (the wheel adjustment system) will ride up into the helmet when I put it on, and I have to remember to pull it back down after I put the helmet on.
