I have run 700x40 Panaracer Gravelking+ tires on my bike for 1000 miles and had 3 flat tires..... I am using tubes...not tubeless. So maybe if you are going tubeless they might be OK. But with tubes, GravelKing+ tires have zero flat resistance....bring your tire repair kit.
