Solid mixed surface gravel tire!

Already have the X1 in the 40 (came on my Litespeed Flint FI) but was wanting something a bit wider for when things get a little chunkier. Spent a lot of time canvasing reviews trying to find that perfect goldilocks tire with the perfect balance of speed on both tarmac and gravel along with great flat protection. In the end, just decided to stick with what I know...the X1 has been great for me in the 40. It rolls decently fast on tarmac, can hang (generally) with the guys rocking the 50's on the gnarlier stuff, and I haven't had a flat since I got my gravel bike (year and half-ish). It's not the lightest weight tire so while I was contemplating going for the 50's, decided to meet in the middle with the 45's. Have only put about 50 or so miles on the 45's so far and haven't hit too chunky of a road yet, but no complaints and I'm confident they'll work well for the normal mixed surface rides/races (with the occasional chunk) that I do. Mounted/seated really easily (I use an air compressor though). Initially measured straight 45mm after install but after a couple of rides, they're measuring at 47mm (on 26mm IW rims)...which is consistent with several other reviews that I read stating that they run a couple mm wider (likewise, my 40's were measuring 42mm).
