Stylish and Comfortable

Received free product

Overall these shoes are pretty great. The first thing I liked about them was the overall look. I really dig the material that they chose for the shoe. I am not sure if it is a type of canvas but it seems durable and the heather grey looks amazing. The fit is true to typical sizes I wear an 11 men's in most shoes and these fit as I would expect. Probably one of the most interesting aspects of the shoes is the cork insole. It is comfortable overall but I still haven't broken them in after a couple of weeks of wearing them. I say this because the arch support is still stiff. I have worn them around my job, which I am on my feet most of the day, and for short walks and running errands. It doesn't hurt my arch but I am ready for that to mold better to my feet. I do think that over time the cork will mold to my foot more and they will be even more comfortable. I am actually ok that they haven't broke in yet because that tells me the cork is higher quality and it's going to last longer. I think the shoes look great with both jeans and shorts that are casual dress. The other part I like about these shoes is how the company is using as much recycled materials as possible and they still look nice. Reading through all of the steps they are taking to cut down waste and use renewable materials is a huge win for me.

Nice shoe but strange footbed

Received free product

I really want to like this shoe. I love the color. I love the style. I love the way it fits my foot and grips the ground. The only thing that throws me off is that the arch in the footbed is in the wrong place for my foot. It feels like it's too far back, and it makes wearing them somewhat uncomfortable. I've been hoping that the shoe would break in, or my foot would get used to it, but no luck so far. It's a strange feeling that I haven't had before. Maybe it's because the footbed is made out of cork, and cork takes awhile to break in. I'm holding out hope that it will break in at some point, because then it will be just about the perfect shoe for everyday wear around town.

Super comfortable, don’t love the style.

Received free product

Overall this is a very nice shoe. It fit really well out of the box and is extremely comfortable - the cork footbed seems to give a great mix of support and cushioning, all while being extremely lightweight. The uppers are very comfortable as well. The only thing that keeps me from giving five stars is that I’m not completely sold on the style - it’s fine, but I just don’t love it. I’m also a little nervous about the durability: so far I’ve worn it in a variety of standard situations (out shopping, to work, walking through the city) but I definitely wouldn’t wear these on a trail and I think the long term durability remains to be seen. But for overall comfort and immediate wearability these tick all the boxes very well!

Style and Comfort

Received free product

I've been wearing these shoes for several weeks now and I mainly wear the shoes in an urban environment. The cork sole is comfortable and better than expected. My one comment is on the arch, as it feels a bit unusual at first, so maybe try before you buy. The overall style of the shoe is a great look. I've been happy with them to the point where I plan to take these on an upcoming weeklong trip to Thailand. I'm looking forward to switching from cool weather to putting them to the test in 95 F weather!

Eco Friendly And Good Looking Shoes

Received free product

I was excited to be offered a chance to test out these shoes because I've never heard of this brand and applaud their effort to make shoes more eco friendly by using recycled materials and organic cotton. I have enjoyed another brands skate shoes for years, so I like this style of shoe very much. These shoes are great for night's on the town and pretty much anything else. I like how the toe box isn't too cramped for me and that there's good arch support. So many shoes out there lack good arch support and require putting aftermarket insoles in them. These shoes are just right in that department for my feet. One thing that could use improvement is the traction on wet surfaces. I found myself slipping and sliding way too easily with these shoes, which is why these aren't 5 star shoes. The traction when on dry surfaces is excellent though. I will continue to wear these and enjoy them.

Comfortable, Trendy and Environmentally Conscious

Received free product

I am very satisfied with these shoes! The look is trendy and I appreciate that I can wear them with both browns and grays. They seem to be pretty sturdy and the stitching is well done. The shoe itself is very comfortable and has good arch support. It feels like bouncing on a cloud. I am not sure what the cork-type insole is, but I really like it. I also think it is neat that these are made with recycled materials.

Great summer shoes

Received free product

These are very comfortable shoes, the insoles are excellent. The style is very nice as well. The canvas of the uppers feels good quality that should stand up to wear. I like the eco nature of the shoe construction and that the company has actual certifications for some of their claims. They are not waterproof, which can be a problem in the Northwest, but are a great town/summer shoe.

Upgraded Skate Shoe

Received free product

Loved these shoes. Fit was true to size and they were comfortable to wear right out of the box. I love the look of a skate shoe but often times they are too heavy to walk around full time. These were nice and light while provided enough support for daily walking.

Nice shoes

Received free product

I really like these shoes. They are super light and comfortable. True to size. The first thing I noticed when putting them on was the arch. My feet aren’t flat at all but the arch was noticeable. However the cork footbed broke in quickly. I have 25 miles on these so far and they are doing well. Nice and grippy on different surfaces. Have used them for tending to the chickens, trudging through snow, playing with the dog and even wore them to the gym. I didn’t run in them but did 45 minutes on the stair climber and my normal workout routine.
