Obsessed

Obsessed. I need two more. Soft. Stretchy. Secure. Zero sag (6’1 180lbs). Easy on/off. Perfect for running + hiking, zero sag is huge for me and my long thin legs, even on long runs. 15 runs in and the waist fit is still flawless. Pockets are clutch. Warm, dry, and comfortable down so far down to 25°F. About 15 runs in to Dec/Jan and I couldn’t be happier. Honestly… a 3-pair rotation would be ideal. Run. Hike. Repeat.

Didn’t work for me

I wanted a nice pair of tights to help prevent suffering on long cold winter runs. They felt nice and had the quality I expected from Janji (I love my half-tights). However, I don’t like the pocket configuration. I prefer a rear-center pocket for my phone and waistband or side pockets for nutrition or gloves. The front pockets don’t seem like they will be suitable for carrying much of anything since the top layer is non-stretch and zipped. Also, the material that purports to be wind-blocking only covers the upper thighs and leaves my sensitive bits in between exposed to the wind. I still rate as okay since the quality is there. I still returned because for the price, I don’t think I should have to compromise of the features that matter to me.

Comfortable and warm, but not durable

I purchased these in November to get me through the Midwest winters. I ran probably 3-4 days a week outside in them (general road running ranging 1-10 miles at a time) and stayed warm, never caused any chaffing or other discomfort, and the pockets are snug and secure. Unfortunately, they have since developed a separation at the pocket seam. For a $130, I was hoping these would get me through a few winters. I will be exchanging these for something else in hopes of better durability.

Great winter layer for high output

Ordered the men’s version for the longer inseam, they fit great! Had to cinch the waist quite a bit but that was to be expected. Love the pockets and can run comfortably in these down to about 15°F

Great for fall/winter runs

Goldilocks fit for me, not too compressive but just right. Were warm enough on a 40 degree night run without overheating. 5'7" 165lbs. Size small.

Weak crotch

Super warm, great pockets, but I wore a hole in the crotch in about a month of use. Returned, can't be paying this much for something that doesn't last Might give them a 2nd try later in case I just had a defective pair cause I really liked them.

Comfortable and warm.

Bought this for the winter cold. Had other baselayer tights, but want something stand alone with pockets. Past weekend went out in low teens temperature and did 10 miles. This kept me very protected from the waist down. Also the compression was snug on my legs were very helpful, keeping my running form from fatigue.

Warm and comfortable

These are warm and comfortable down to below freezing. I've had several 2-3 hour runs in the 20s and low 30s in these, and they perform well. Plenty of storage, as well.

Best pants for outdoor exercise

Great fit and keeps you warm despite the weather. I use them for biking and they have been lifesavers. A little pricey but worth the expense to guarantee a great workout.
