This is a great little, compact light, that could come in handy during a power failure,as well as an easy carry backpacking illumination. Very well made, and easy to use. Buy it!

My light may be faulty or low-quality. Feels really cheap in your hand. Battery compartment lid and body pieces are plastic and have large gaps or spaces between pieces. Lid latch barely holds. Does not seem waterproof. I do like the size and form factor. Will return and get better lantern.

Versatile Palm-sized lantern

Excellent, focused illumination. Very bright. Comfortable hand grip.Stands upright nicely like a mini lantern. I keep it next to my laptop. I am taking one as a gift to a friend in Australia, since they don't have the variety of clever gadgets that we have in the USA.

Mini Lantern Flashlight

Decent little combo lantern/flashlight with reasonable power and dimming ability to adjust brightness and battery life. The latch for the battery compartment opens way too easily though, and I hope I won't have to hunt for four spilled AAA batteries.

Brightness adjustment is a little difficult

It is small and light, good for backpacking. Adjusting brightness is a little difficult but otherwise it series a lantern and a flashlight. It was on sale and a good buy.

Small and very handy light

I bought this before my camping trip. Very handy being small yet good lumens with lights that serve lantern and torchlight modes. The small collapsible ring was great to hook in the tent to serve as latern.

It feels good quality, perfect for inside the tent. I bought it on sale, and for the sale price <$20 it can not get better.
