Brooks  Atmosphere T-Shirt 2.0 - Men's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to run competitively in college but since graduating, I now run for fun. I typically buy Men's running tops for a looser, more comfortable feel and this shirt exceeded expectations. First of all, the Hyper Blue/Pacific color is stunning! This shirt is lightweight, soft, and breathable making it the perfect workout shirt. The fabric is sweat-wicking and dries very quickly. I've mostly been training indoors because Midwest winters can be harsh. I usually work up quite a bit of sweat when running indoors and can say this shirt is definitely odor resistant. My husband has already tried to take this top as his own! I am very happy with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brooks Atmosphere Short Sleeve 2.0 has an alright fit, shirt runs a little smaller than I would like my workout attire to be, because of this fit, it’s not appealing while on because it’s tight in the front. The hanger loop was a great addition, easy to hang in locker after workout. The 4-way stretch enhances the range of motion while working out, but I think this is what causes the tightness around the chest area. My favorite part of the Atmosphere Short Sleeve 2.0 is how quick it takes to feel dry, I tend to sweat a lot and I never felt too sweaty in this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m 5’4” and about 160 lbs. I got a large and fits comfortably as I don’t like the feel of tight fitting shirts. I’m not doing long distance runs so the fit works great for short runs and workouts in the gym. I appreciate the basic t shirt design of this shirt. There aren’t any weird cuts or seams that can be annoying. I love the near weightless feel of the fabric. This will be a great shirt for running and working out as the temperature gets warmer in the coming months. However, what I like most is the light breathability of the fabric, which is also odor resistant. So it doesn’t stink up the laundry while waiting to be washed. The only thing I can think of that may make it even better would be perhaps a little more reflective material.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of Brooks shoes. I have logged tons of miles in their Adrenaline line. I never thought to try any of their other gear. Just like their shoes Brooks delivers on this Atmosphere shirt. It’s light, it breathes and you just plain don’t have to think about it. To me, when working out, if I notice my gear or apparel it is usually a bad thing (bunch, itchy, too hot, etc.), perfect gear goes unnoticed. That is exactly how I would describe this shirt. You don't notice it, just the way I like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am continually training for the next ultramarathon and enjoyed adding this shirt into my closet for workouts. It is super lightweight, wicks moisture well, and so far has stayed smell-free. I really like the material that the Atmosphere 2.0 is made out of. The only thing I would change is that it's a little bit loose fitting for long distance training and I worry about chafing. I haven't had any trouble on shorter runs or when I'm cycling, though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Atmosphere Short Sleeve 2.0 is a great running and overall daily athletic shirt. The design of the shirt is attractive. Fabric is wonderful and feels lightweight and nice on the skin. It is a stretchy material as it has some spandex in it - makes it a very comfortable shirt to wear when exercising or even just around the house. Manufacturing seems durable, well sewen and put together, and nice overall quality. The shirt is very breathable and excellent for exercising and outdoor activities. I like the color. Seems to run true to size - 5’11” 160lbs. - medium was the right fit. Fit and feel could be adjusted. A more athletic/slim cut would be nice. It felt a little “boxy” and a little short. Sleeve seams should be lowered. It does not feel like it it offers the best range of motion for my body type. Overall, despite these minor changes, I would recommend this shirt to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This short sleeve running tee is a must have! It’s ultralight and it’s quick drying fabric helps to keep moisture and odor away! I can break a sweat and feel dry within minutes!The semi-fitted material also helps keep me comfortable when doing my morning workout without restricting any movement. I’ll be purchasing in every color, but the baby blue is my favorite!

He sweats a lot, so he definitely appreciates the dry fit material and the breathability of the back. The color is very bright which helps him to be seen if running in the evening. I got his normal size and it fits just right. I’d love to see them add more patterns and styles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for my husband and these are his thoughts on the product: The Atmosphere short sleeve in Alpine Blue by Brooks running shirt is what you’d expect from a typical running/workout attire. I’m 5’11”, sitting around 230lbs and opted into the XL. Admittedly, I’m pretty barrel chested with a smaller waist for my size (46-48” chest with 34-35 waist) but it fits as I expected it to. The chest felt a little snug, but tapered a little toward the bottom, which I’d guess would be for increased ventilation. The length was a tad short for my personal liking, but it didn’t make me feel like I was going to wear a crop top. One thing I’ll say is the material is incredibly light weight and very breathable. I tend to overheat in some polyester blends and this one remedied that with ease. If I were to change one thing (and yes, I know we chose the color), it’d be to get accurate photos of the color up on the site. Holding onto the shirt in real life, the blue feels a lot brighter (which some people may love), but I was expecting it to be a touch darker and was a little disappointed in the finished color. Overall: 4/5 Fit: 4/5 Materials: 4/5 Would I recommend? 8/10

I first bought atmosphere short sleeve in 2021. I liked it so much I bought a long sleeve as well. I bought an atmosphere singlet in 2022. That year edition is remarkably heavier and has a rougher texture (chafing, and bouncing around while running). This new 2023 is improved over 2022, but is still a heavier material, and not as breezy as 2021. If they still sold the 2021 version I would buy more at full price. The 2.0 is ok, but not worth full price.
