Pill easily
I bought these for a mountaineering trip and after a couple of days the pants pilled where my harness sat, each day it got worse. Would expect much better quality given the high price point. I would not recommend buying these if you plan to wear a harness over them at any point.
Fit well- using for alpine climbing
The pants fit per the sizing chart. The lighter fabric scuffed easily as soon as I climbed with them. Overall, I like the weight and feel for camping. I wish the lighter fabric was more durable like the baseline hybrid pants.
Great trekking pants
Just returned from trekking in Patagonia and used them extensively. They were comfortable, warm and shed light rain. The only downside was the buckle. It was cumbersome and seemed unnecessary.
Lightweight and comfortable
These are good quality, comfortable pants and will be great for spring summer and fall.
