Received used and dirty jacket
Received used jacket with dirty sleeves, pocket loaded with used napkin and ski glasses pouch, tags reattached,… very disappointing
Warm, cozy and flexible
I wanted a ski jacket that would keep me warm while not feeling bulky or excessive. This jacket fits the bill. I do not feel strangled under the arms or around the neck and can move freely down the slope. I wear a large smartwatch that makes the cuff a bit bulky on one side with the hand extensions, but I’m working on that without removing the watch. The coat is fitted and looks classy amongst all the attire on the hill.
Warm and comfortable ski parka
Jacket is warm with fantastic pockets and a surprise google cloth attached. I worried about the weight (3 lbs) but the parka doesn't feel heavy at all!
Great Ski Jacket!
I have a couple of Cosima jackets and absolutely love them! The fit is flattering and comfortable, the fabric is high quality, and the down fill is just right — warm without feeling bulky. I wore one in Vail this past March during heavy snow and strong winds, and it kept me warm and dry the entire day. The ventilation zips are a great feature for those slightly warmer or more active days. I highly recommend this jacket!
amazing fit
Being a bit fluffy I have a harder time fining a jacket that fits. This is it!! I tried on over 80 winter coats to wear snowboarding and this is the only one that fits well all over. It’s snug in just the right places but not constricting. I have movement and it fits my shoulders well. The cost keeps you warm and dry along with being able to vent if you get too hot. I would 100% recommend this jacket
Great fit and warmth, hood NOT helmet compatible
Love the fit (slimming!) and the warmth (cozy on the slopes!) but found out that the hood is NOT helmet compatible. It fits over my helmet but very snug and the neck won’t zipper all the way with the hood over the helmet. Otherwise I’d give 5 stars for sure!
Invest!!
I was going to get a mountain hardware jacket but I tried this one on and immediately bought it. It incredibly warm without being a puffer jacket or bulky and it’s flattering!!! It kept me warm sitting out in -10°F for hours and as someone who is chronically cold, I definitely recommend getting this!

Second Time Buying This!
I have owned this jacket in black for two years and loved it. I needed a larger jacket and when I found that REI had the same one I love but in an even better color (on sale too!!) I knew I had to get it. It keeps me warm on the coldest days, the pockets are functional with plenty of room, and it has an incredibly flattering fit. Size up!
Very expensive winter jacket fits very well.
If I had not acquired enough dollar credits by using my REI Capitol One credit card I would not have splurged on this coat for a family member. It does appear to be well made and well designed, and will be fashionable for years. I hope time proves me right.
