Horrendously terrible fit
It took a while to size this correctly for me. I’m a small petite in powderbound REI bibs, 37” bust 30” waist and 37” hips. I got the 6 short, but it was too constricting when bending over—which I do a lot as a snowboarder with traditional bindings. I then got the 8short. While it’s roomy, the straps can’t be further tightened, so it feels weird and bulky at the back of my shoulders while saggy at the front. The inseam is supposed to be 28”, but because I oversized, the crotch begins inches below my real crotch, so the ants sag way lower than my 29.5” powderbound bibs. I hate them so much. I wanted to love them because they are exceedingly well reviewed by multiple sites. But they clearly are not meant for my body type. I’m 5’0”.
Favorite bibs EVER!
These are my favorite bibs!! Very relaxed fit, I’m 5 5 140 lbs and got a size 6. They run a tiny bit bigger but I enjoy a little baggy. Super waterproof and keeps me warm on very cold days. A must buy bib!!
Loving the new number sizes
I’ve been in this bib for a few years now and am loving the new number sizes. I am 5’4” and 110 lbs and got a size 4 short, giving me the perfect amount of room to layer up and the length is perfect. As someone who skis 100+ days per year I can also say this bib is durable and still in great shape.
Function and fashion
Awesome bibs! Love the fit & the colors. They are very functional in all the right places. Drop seat zipper, 4 zipper pockets, and a chest pocket. Very happy with these bibs! The only thing I would say is size up (even with the new sizing style)
