chacos for minimalist footwear wearers
first model of Chacos i've found to be be comfy for and wearable on my feet. i have high strong arches and am only comfy in zero drop no arch interference and these fit that. normally Chacos have too much heel to toe drop and arch "support" for me, but not these! i hope Chacos continues to offer a lower drop-lower arch support model.
Uneven straps
I really wanted to like these but the weirdly the straps were not the same length on both of the sandals. The right sandal was perfect and fit well. The left sandal, for some reason, both the adjustable strap was shorter AND the front part of the sandal straps (which are not adjustable) were tighter so much that I had to squeeze my foot into it. I knew that if I used them for hiking, I would get blisters as it was too tight near the toes and the front straps are not adjustable at all. I was sad to return them because I really wanted them to work out.
