Arc'teryx  Kragg Shoes - Men's

These shoes took an afternoon to break in, but after that they were very comfortable. I used them for some light hiking and walking around Cypress Mountain on dusty, rocky trails, and they performed really well. I also liked how easy they were to slip on and off. I found they fit a little large. I have one foot that’s a 10.5 and the other is an 11.5, so I went with an 11.5. Looking back, I probably would have been happy with an 11 instead.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable and perfect for everyday wear. I've definitely found myself reaching for them for daily errands, quick hikes, and walks. They provide a great balance of support and breathability, making them versatile for a variety of activities. My favorite way to wear them is as clogs for easy on-and-off convenience!

I bought these as a light approach shoe but they should probably be kept in the city. The sole is grippy and I don't have any issues but they're no better than sandals or crocs. They are nice for in-between climbs or belaying and they feel great to slip on once youre all done and heading back. The shoe gets extremely dirty and the material tears easily. Even on a well maintained trail I found knicks and cuts all over the shoe. At the full price I'd give these a 2/5, glad I got them on a sale. Am happy for the price I paid.

The comfort of these shoes is far outweighed by how they don’t hold up to regular wear. Apparently they only don’t fall apart if your foot doesn’t bend. For how expensive these are, I would not recommend - only 7 months of light use and the fabric is tearing apart from the sole.

Hello, I am a first time Arcteryx shoe buyer. I bought these shoes and the Kopec 2's. I typically don't leave reviews because frankly, I don't think the customer is ever heard. A brand is never like, "Hey, thanks for that review you gave, here's the completely redesigned version personally made for you." That said, today is different. Today, I am going to write the review I wish I had seen before buying. Arcteryx has the right idea with these shoes. They are sleek and low profile, they look good with my cronin pants, and they are easy to get on and off. Now, when you first slip them on they feel like a cushioned sandal and like a cushioned sandal, I wouldn't expect the comfort to last long. Additionally, I can feel the hard rubber toe box material with my big toes from inside the shoe. I can tell this will be an issue should I choose to wear them any longer than a couple of hours due to natural foot swelling. Other than that, they kinda look like water shoes, but whatever, I'm into it. So Arcteryx, if you're listening, I want an every day shoe / boot, either one, that's not big and bulky and looks good with a relaxed fit pant. One that's lightweight like a Vans or Converse canvas shoe, but one that I could also comfortably walk a full day in or run a short burst in. I'm an in shape athlete, I don't need a shoe that elevates me 3 inches off the ground and makes me feel like I'm going to roll my ankle with every step. Thank you!

The Kragg has become my go-to recovery shoe between mountain sessions. After long trail runs, they’re the first thing I reach for, and they work just as well pre/post ski hill or everyday use. If I'm not wearing ski boots, runners or bike shoes, these are on my feet. Plenty of cushioning makes them easy to wear for hours…feels like I’m walking on clouds. They also clean up easily after mud and dust, looking basically new again. Simple, versatile, and built for real mountain use, it delivers exactly what you want from a recovery shoe.

The shoe is much tighter than I would have thought. My toes get bunched up at the front and pushed to the top by thickness of the insole. The foam insole is very thick, making up for mass the actual shoe should have. The foam is so soft that it feels like I'm sinking into sand with every step I take. There's no real structure to speak of, the way the sole is attached is very weak, the seams will split sooner than later. Overall a very disappointing purchase. Since I bought them through the outlet, no returns are accepted.

Does not meet expectations. I've been wearing Arc'teryx shoes for years, and when my well-loved Arakys finally started to wear out, I came across the Kragg. It looked like a similar casual, slip-on-slip-off shoe, so I picked up a pair. I was immediately disappointed in the flimsiness. I wouldn't even call these shoes. They offer about the same support as a flip flop: a synthetic sock with a thin rubber sole slapped on, and an overly squishy insole inside. That's it. No structure, no durability, nothing that suggests this product will last. I’ll be using mine solely as house slippers and yard shoes. My Arakys shoes held up for ages and were a brilliant design, far ahead of their time. The Kragg is a disgrace by comparison, and a waste of money. Cannot recommend.

I bought these shoes about a week ago and have been wearing them quite a bit. They are very very comfortable With a very soft foot bed. I have wide feet and the shoes give my toes enough room . The thing that confuses me about the shoe Is that in my mind this is a purely urban shoe that I don't see wearing Anywhere walking in the wild – It just doesn't seem stable enough for that. They are quite expensive for what they are because let's be honest these are chunky Vans.

I love them. They’re the comfiest shoe ever. Easy to slip on, it’s like mini clouds for your feet. Only thing I’ve noticed is that the rubber shows ever thing, and that part of the shoe is easily marked. Had I known this before, I probably would’ve gotten a darker color. If I owned the company I’d probably make a permanent change to the type of rubber used. But I still love them, will probably get a 2nd pair.
