I've had my backpack for a couple weeks, and I'm obsessed! I've predominately used it for work, and it's amazing! The quality of everything, down to the zipper and zipper pulls, is incredible. The organization of the interior (and exterior pockets) is so thoughtful and useful. One of the best parts is that it fits my heavy 16" laptop perfectly, and it doesn't feel heavy when carrying it (unlike most other backpacks). I also love the fact that my purse, which isn't small, fits in the main pocket with my laptop, charger, and other things (see picture) and still doesn't even look or feel bulky at all. You can't go wrong with this purchase - you'll love it! I added pictures in two different lightings which is why the bag looks like a slightly different color in each - the color of the one on the chair is most accurate. I LOVE my matte navy color!
Purchase my second backpack after the first one lasted 4 years of 5 days a week traveling throughout Alaska. Great buy for anyone looking for a robust computer bag that can handle the extremes. Only issue after four years the shoulder straps started ripping off the bag at the top. For what I did to this bag it held up great, that's why I bought a second one. Happy travels.
This is exactly what I was looking for. I’m a professional who commutes to the office everyday and I needed a study classy pack. It’s a smaller pack, but it fits all my electronics plus enough room for a change of workout clothes and tennis shoes. Very happy with this pack. Also, the inside is as stylish as the outside.
Overall, great pack for everyday use and the perfect size (20L) for commuting to/from the office. It holds a 15" laptop snuggly. It does not stand upright on it's own. Items inside the pack have to arranged for perfect weight distribution for it to stand up right - in reality, no one is going to take the time to rearrange contents every time an item is added. It's doesn't have the most comfortable shoulder harness system - it's padded, but a little stiff/rigid out of the box - hopefully it breaks in and softens with a more use. Because it lacks strap keepers, there are A LOT of dangling straps. I find this annoying, so I trimmed about 8" off each strap, melted the ends, and re-sewed the ends into loops (just like the factory ends). It looks much cleaner without so many dangling straps. As long as you melt the ends re-sewing the loops isn't totally necessary (but it is good insurance against raveling). A few changes would make this pack near perfect: - Add microfiber lining to the top quick access pocket for better protection against scratching items like sunglasses. - Add strap keepers to clean up dangling straps. - Make the bottom flatter and more rigid so it will stand upright on it's own.
This backpack is super versatile. I use it as my everyday backpack for work! It has separate pockets to keep my laptop and tablet safe. Love the color and highly recommend it!
Used this bag for a lot of trips and it was perfect for under the seat on a plane. I loved that the inside had build in organizers for my laptop and iPad. It was great for day trips. I wouldn't recommend t for multi day trips if want to put clothes and a shoes in it. I travel with a backpack and roller bag so it was perfect for storing my electronics and snacks. Over all great bag and very well built
I am loving my Rhune 20! Gregory has made it easy to keep things organized in this lightweight bag. I carry it back and forth to work daily, keeping my badge in the top compartment for easy access. Last week at off campus meetings it protected my large MacPro and kept chargers and other essentials organized and accessible.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this bag about a month ago when I decided to go back to school. The bag has a lot of pockets and slips that allow me to organize all my things, including pens to keep it neat. The straps are also very cushioned and distribute the weight of the bag evenly across my back and shoulders. I highly recommend this bag!
I have been using this pack for a few weeks and absolutely love it. It is now my Go- to pack for work. It fits my laptop quite easily. It has so many pockets for everything. It is super comfortable. The only thing is that I have a big Hydroflask and the pocket for the water bottle is a bit too small for it.
My husband just used this backpack for 2 weeks in Japan. It was perfect for the plane and for walking around everyday. It's really great quality with useful pockets and organizers. He loved everything about it and it looked great on him.
