Love it!!!
I use my Hopper Flip 8 as a lunchbox everyday. It’s a great cooler but there are no extra pockets to store stuff, so I bought the Yeti Sidekick to go with it. It works great, looks great, is easy to attach to the cooler, and gives me plenty of extra storage that the cooler itself lacks. The build quality is like all other Yeti products … overbuilt, sturdy and should last many years. Absolutely no complaints and I plan on getting another one to go with my Yeti Hopper M30.
Storage Utility at a Great Price
I bought this as a small water tight container for boating to hold small items such as my wallet, cell phone, boat remote, etc. I clipped it to the railing on our tritoon at the helm. It’s like a stylish water proof glovebox. Perfect for my use of it. I am thinking of buying two more and trying to rig up something similar with them on our kayaks.
Great product for any hopper flip
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and let me tell you it doesn't let you down it keeps things dry and gives me a little more carry room. The magnetic strip is awesome and great idea works wonders and is easy to open and close without the worry of making sure it shut properly. I would highly recommend to anyone with a hopper flip cooler.
Perfect companion to the Flip series coolers
The Yeti SideKick Dry 1L, in my opinion, is the perfect companion to the Flip series coolers. Mine lives on my Flip 12 cooler, striking the ideal balance of aesthetics and functionality while keeping the footprint small. It allows me to store essentials like utensils, napkins, toothpicks, wallet, phone, and more, thus preserving precious space in my Flip for food. Additionally, I've paired it with the Sidekick Strap, which transforms it into a crossbody or fanny pack. Perfect little bag
Great size for a sling. I didn’t buy the strap at first but quickly added to my next order. Great to throw keys/phone/power bank etc for a day near the water. Also fairly secure for travel and would do double duty. I’d highly recommend
Perfect size.
Love the size of the new 6L case. It fits my iPad too. I was able to mount the 6L Gear Case on the back of my Hopper Flip 8. Plus the smaller 3L case on the front. Plenty of dry storage while using the cooler bag. A great combination.
Great accessory does everything… except
Quality, Small, Watertight and the perfect companion for the Hopper 12 lunchbox. Definitely over designed and rugged. The only drawback is that I use this attached to the outside of my Hopper 12 and the Velcro is flimsy and doesn’t attach as tightly as it should. I tried to attach it via the locking clips that came with the bottle sling, but the “attachment loops” on the lunchbox and the gear case DO NOT align. All in all a great product that does exactly what it says, but doesn’t suit my needs without modifications and parts made for a holster and molle gear attachments.

Great bag for small items, I modified to fit on my wheeled cooler. Yeti could make these a little more versatile by adding a couple grommets on webbing loops.
