The North Face  Jester Luxe Pack - Women's

I use this backpack for school and I love it THE ONLY THAT I HATE IS EVERYTHING INSIDE THE BACKPACK IS SO SQUISHED AND That's ANNOYING, other than that this is really good quality backpack!!! I LOVE IT ❤️!!!

She has a binder two pencil cases and a note book in the big pocket and she has a little emergency kit in the front but she can definitely fit way more.

Love this backpack. Once I saw it I knew my daughter would love it. You can't ever go wrong with a Northface. Love the padding for the back support. Super comfortable. I really like all the pockets and how it holds alot of weight. Does great in the rain. My daughter had the pink Jester last year and held up pretty well and still looks new. I machine wash it and air dry to keep it new. I would really like more colors. MORE PINKS PLEASE. Especially adult pink bubble jackets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for my granddaughter who is in 7th grade. She wanted it so bad, but very disappointed when it arrived. Too small to accommodate her schools supplies, IPad and lunch bag.

This pack is beautiful. The gold embroidery and zippers supply elegance to a pack that can be used everyday. The fabric is built to last, its water resistance and wipes clean.

I purchased this bookbag in August and by October, it has already ripped. Given North Face's reputation for durable products, I expected much better. However, the real issue has been the terrible experience with their warrant process. I've sent THREE EMAILS and received NO RESPONSE. When I finally called, they claimed they never got my emails. To make things worse, it takes 6-8 weeks to attempt a repair. Seriously, 8 weeks? When I asked for an alternative (like a loaner bag), she just said to send it during winter break- which, of course, isn't 8 weeks. I'm extremely disappointed with both the product and lack of support. I expected much better.

I bought this backpack and the beginning of the school year thinking this was perfect style wise and functionality wise. WRONG.. I use the laptop case I have a MacBook Pro 2017 version and use the sleeve everyday and I am a student who takes classes that require supplies and while using the north face backpack the inner part of my screen on my MacBook cracked because of how much pressure is inside of my backpack. Sounds like a functionality issue on North faces part I'm expecting better from such a high quality brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother got me this for school hoping it was roomy enough because I carry many notebooks and textbooks for school everyday. I fit 5 textbooks and 6 notebooks ( the content I carry per day) and barely feel it on my back while walking around the school and going to and from my classes. I battled between the jester luxe and the borealis for a long time before making my decision and going with the jester luxe and after receiving it I'm very happy with my decision. Unlike the normal jester which is 22L, the jester luxe is 27L just like the (womens) borealis. By the way, I got the dark sage one and it's even prettier in person!

My daughter (high schooler) is using this, and she is able to fit all of her notebooks, Chromebook, pencil case, etc. in it and I love that it has the side pockets reinforced on the bottom so that pencils and water bottles are less likely to destroy the mesh. It's very substantial and well made. It has double handles on top and when you pick it up by those handles, as kids often do when picking their bag up off the floor, it feels like the handle is going to last for a while and not start to tear away. My daughter loves the unique green color of hers as well! Tried to upload a photo but it wouldn't work!
