I would never buy from North Face again
Size and color did not work for me. Very large for large and color was terrible. I mailed back using North Face return label on 10/28/2024. On 11/14/2024 North Face claims not to have return. I strongly doubt I will ever purchase from North Face online again. Previously to this episode (and poor customer service) I have been a long time and loyal customer.
Love it, bought in multiple colors

It's warm enough to wear outside on a 40 degree day, and I also love wearing it inside the house so much that I turn my heat down. The look is very stylish as well! I may end up buying in even more colors lol.

Relaxed fit allows for sweater or vest underneath if it's cold enough for layers. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This extreme pile jacket is the one - donate all your other outerwear and run to get this!!! It is made in men's and women's and is so cozy! For me, it's an upgrade to the Denali, looks good with anything and is super warm. Buy the jacket.
