[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so poor guality , jacket is wide with yellow spots, in places without filling at all
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the jacket is not white, a very thin layer, the fluff shines through and the jacket looks dirty, especially everything shines through at the seams, in some places there is no filling at all
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Arctic Crest™ Down Hooded Jacket performed exceptionally well during Iditarod coverage in frigid temperatures and heavy snowfall. In demanding Arctic conditions, it provided consistent warmth and weather protection without adding unnecessary weight or fatigue during long days in the field. The hood design is particularly impressive. It fit comfortably over a beanie and provided excellent wind protection while preserving full peripheral vision, which is essential when tracking fast-moving subjects. Thermal performance was consistent whether I was actively moving or standing still waiting for race teams. There were no cold spots in high-exposure areas such as shoulders or elbows, and breathability remained excellent even during strenuous movement. The large zipper pull is easy to operate with heavy gloves, a small but critical detail in extreme cold. Secure zippered pockets safely held spare camera batteries and gloves, preventing loss in deep snow conditions. Despite its warmth, the jacket is lightweight and highly packable. This made a significant difference when traveling to and from Alaska, allowing me to maintain a streamlined gear load without sacrificing cold-weather capability. This jacket is built for professionals and adventurers who demand reliable performance in severe winter environments.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The jacket looks great and feels light yet warm. I wore it during a recent cold spell when temperatures dropped to 20 degrees, and it definitely did its job! The medium size fits nicely, though it's a bit tight under the arms.
I wanted a jacket that was great in cold weather, but wouldn’t have me walking around all poofy like the Michelin man and I think this is the one! Very warm, lowest I’ve been in so far temp wise is the low 20s F and I’ve been fine. It zips up high to a point of being able to keep my neck covered even without the hood on but without discomfort, and it does fit into its own pocket! Speaking of pockets, they keep my hands warm as well while being quite roomy. The chest pocket is good size for things like my wallet and/or keys. The overall jacket size was perfect, I am a 5’11, 175lb man and a Medium fits me with some room for a sweater or extra shirt underneath without an issue.

But thats not the case when i wear it. Im surprised about its performance I cant explain how this thin jacket is holding up below 20f weather. Its light and packable and warm at the same time. Im satisfied with this jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the Arctic Crest jacket I was at first a little concerned that it wouldn't be very warm because it was so lightweight. After wearing the jacket for a few weeks during winter in northern New England my worries were laid to rest. This jacket fits just right and is incredibly warm. I feel like the new Omni Heat Artic even works when its cloudy or getting dark. The hood on the Artic Crest has what may be the best fit of any jacket I have ever owned. I also like that this jacket can pack into it's side pocket for easy minimal packing. Overall very impressed so far!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really a nice jacket, so I hate to ding it 2 stars. However, I rated it only 3 stars because I believe it is mislabeled as the warmest jacket when it should have been labeled as warmer, and touting it as 800 down is very misleading, given the thinness of the down in the jacket. Although there is 800 down in the jacket, there just isn't enough of it to place this jacket in the warmest category. It doesn't seem like a true puffer jacket. Stated another way, this jacket alone will keep you warm in mid 30 degree sunny with no wind weather. When the sun goes down, the wind goes up, or you go in the shade, you will be cold. So, you definitely need another layer under this jacket for really cold weather. Nevertheless, it's a nice jacket so I decided to keep it and wear a hoodie under it on colder days.

I bought this to replace my old “titanium” down, which used to have a band around the hood - I do miss that feature but it’s the only downside. I got size large because I want to be able to wear it over a sweater or layer cold gear if needed - I’m 6’ 1” and pretty athletic 190 pounds.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not yet worn this jacket in cold weather, but I know it’s going to be warm. After wearing it for literally 30 seconds inside, I was about to start sweating. I am not exaggerating. The inside and outside fabric is very soft and comfortable. Excellent quality and craftsmanship. Big zippered pockets. A bungee cord along the bottom that you can tighten to keep you warmer. This Jacket is excellent.
