You get what you pay for. This jacket went to Iceland, where we had some extreme weather to deal with. In steady rain, I could tell it was letting in moisture across my back/shoulders. Similarly, in strong winds, you'll feel it. I certainly wouldn't use it as a wind block in colder weather. Also, the material is thick/stiff, and the jacket is missing little features like quick locks on the waist cord, which means you're tying a knot there instead of cinching the cords. Pocket placement is odd/hard to use. I really wanted to like it, but it's going back.
This rain jacket in the camo pattern is one of my favorite rain jackets over ever owned. I have had zero leaks when wearing this jacket and looks so dang good!
i bought this for myself as a 17 year old boyscout. this rain jacket is perfect for camping and perfect for snowboarding etc…
It's exactly what I wanted - something light and easy to move in. For the cost, it's hard to beat.
