A little more snug, but no less effective

After a few weeks with this jacket, overall, I can say I’m pleased. It’s perfect for 50 degree weather or a windy day. I always keep this jacket around, and it’s small enough that it’s easy to stow or take with me. I ride for fitness, and while Im losing these last 10 pounds, it’s a bit tighter than I’d like in the belly. The jacket fits well in the arms, through the back, and everywhere else. The sizing chart is accurate, especially since this jacket has a fair amount of elasticity to it, but if you’re riding to lose weight, it may be worth it to size up 1. Regardless, good product!

Bright colors. Good fit

XXL Fits well for XL sized bikers with a gut. The XL size is way too “form fitting’

Misleading description

The description of this product is misleading. Although they use words like “insulated” and “insulating” and even “warm” for this- don’t be mistaken, it is not a jacket, but is more of an overpriced windbreaker. It’s as thick as a trash bag and has no insulation at all. If you’re planning to wear this below 59 degrees, make sure to also buy something to wear underneath.

Terrific jacket for cool/cold rides

Recently purchased and rode today in 45 degree windy weather. Wore a thin wool base layer and was comfortable throughout a 20-mile ride. Blocks the wind but breathes enough to regulate body temperature. Nice fit - almost form but with enough stretch.

Love the material!

Warm and cozy jacket!! I love the material - it's so comfy. I also really love the colors that Pearl went with. I received the Goji Berry iteration and dig it so much, plus I feel visible on the road, which is always a nice peace of mind.

Perfection!

PERFECT, and more than a fair price. MOST European bicycle jerseys/jackets run WAY TOO SMALL for my chest, shoulders and arms. I only weigh 167 pounds, but sometimes even XXXLs are too snug. Your XXLs are PERFECT, thank you!:)))

Size/fit runs quite small

While the jacket looks to be a great piece of gear, beware that you will want to buy one size up from what you might normally purchase. I bought an L, which I typically wear, and needed to exchange for an XL.

Perfect for those cool, but not cold rides.

Another well thought out jacket from Pearl Izumi. I like that the cuffs are snug to help keep out the chill, and the pockets in the back, like a regular jersey, are handy. Very happy with this purchase.

Runs small

My husband is 6 feet tall and weighs 160 pounds. I ordered the medium and it was way too small. After two returns we ended up with the XL. Really nice jacket though. The XL fit perfect!

Great Fall/Spring riding jacket

Wow, it works as advertised. It blocked the wind. I do not riding jackets that flap in the wind. Due to the generous stretch side panels you end up with a form fitting quiet ride.
