Vans  Verse Range Edition Snowboard Boots - Men's - 2024/2025

I have been riding with the aura pros for the last 3 seasons. They have been great boots, fit my foot and fit my needs. I've starting doing backcountry touring in those years and have had issues with the waterproofing. My thought was the skirt or cover over the toe cap would eliminate this issue. After going to my local shop I pulled the rigger on these. The V3 liner was a big step up from the V2, the added benefit of the stiffeners I plan to use after this season (50 days or so). I rode them today and went to put my insoles in them and realized they already ripped. After spending so much money on a boot and after 1 day of resort riding they ripped is not what I was hoping. The boot did respond very well for my liking and had more power to initiate turns and carving than my aura pros but those lasted 150 days and still haven't had one rip to them. For the price I'm very disappointed with the quality.

This particular Vans boot runs true to size. I ordered a size 12 & they fit perfect like my Vans sk8 hi-tops. Very comfortable and well built. Pumped to get these on the mountain for the 25-26 season! Thanks Vans!

I just got them so can't tell much about performance. So far I put them on once to check size. First impression was good and they feel comfortable. Next week I will try them and come back with more feedback back.

Fits true to size, I ordered the same size as my sk8 hi-tops & these fit perfect. Constructed well, lots of tech in this boot and the V3 liner is very comfortable. #sweepstakes

I've had the boots for a few weeks now. I've ridden with them about 6 times or so. First impressions, I really like them and I'm excited to see how they perform throughout the season and in different conditions. For some background, I've been snowboarding my whole life and I'm an expert level rider. I ride resort and backcountry in Utah. Okay now to the boot. I haven't had new boots in a few seasons so I was initially worried about the struggle that is putting on new boots, no issues here. They were surprisingly easy to put on the first time. Because they were so easy to put on, I was concerned that maybe the support would be lacking. Again no issues. So far these have felt sturdy and responsive. I haven't used the tongue inserts yet, right now I'm finding I like the stiffness but it will flex just enough when I need it to. Another concern I had was the powder shroud and my foot getting too hot. Well it's been pretty warm here in Utah and my room has never felt hot. It's been perfectly warm. Also walking to the bus stop also feels so nice in these. I'm quite impressed each time I use them. Hopefully these keep performing well for me but I would suggest giving these a go if you're an expert level rider in the resort and backcountry and looking for a do it all boot. #sweepstakes

I'm not here to trash the brand, but people need to be warned. This is my third pair of (modern) Vans Snowboard boots, 1 pair of Arthur Longo Infuse, and 2 pair of Verse Range Edition. I haven't had a single pair last me over half a season. -The boot has an extreme pressure point on the ankle and top of the foot that is present with and without the flex control plastics and causes bruising and numbness in the foot, it looks like others are having the same issue. I have had these pressure points on every pair that I have owned, trying sizes 10, 9, then down to an 8.5 as they pack out like any other boot (that's on me). -Within the first few weeks of owning my most recent pair, I dropped a small cliff and ripped the internal harness holding the liner off the bottom of the boot. -Within a month, the lace shroud on the boot busted and started to get holes where my bindings rub as well as the zipper blowing. -This is on BOAs end but the dials will pop open if you charge or drop a cliff and it can be extremely dangerous at high speeds if you suddenly have a loose boot and lose control. I've had multiple scary situations riding pillows where I landed on one and the next my ankle support would be gone. I've had to tape my BOA dials shut to prevent them from popping open under force. -Laces break, that's going to happen regardless, but these boots seem to have plastic channels that wear out so you can't feed a new boa lace through to repair them and they bind up if you're lucky enough for your lace to last that long. -These issues have been present on every pair I've owned and I can see other reviews having similar issues. I've talked to others at the resort riding these boots, same issues. But it's not all bad: soles are durable and grippy, flex mode is nice for hiking, and pretty solid stock insoles although I replace them with custom ones anyways and haven't ridden them for more than a few days, almost no toe and heel drag, pretty warm even down to -20, and most of all they are very responsive and feel stable at speed and through chop. Just trying to be fair and thorough here. I'm not one to leave bad reviews let alone take the time to write a review at all, I'd rather be out riding than being a douche on the internet. But something needs to be said. I'm not a heavy rider, I'm not a pro, I'm not throwing massive spins, and that's the issue. A pro-model boot should at least be able to survive an intermediate rider.

I've used these boots, and the model before them, for the last 5 years. I am not so sure what all the fuss is about in the reviews. I've never experienced one issue with the boot. Not the boa. Not the zipper. Nothing. Fits my foot perfectly and is the only snowboard boot I've ever been able to hang out in all day. Good stuff. Will buy again.

I bought the size 10.5 Verse Range Blake boots on sale, and I tried them on. Haven't been riding in them yet, but they feel a little smaller than the 10.5 Fuse boots I have currently, and my Fuse boots are entering their 3rd season. I'm going to try them in snow when the resort opens Dec of '25.

Product feels very stiff yet has soft cushions. Excited to try it out this season on the mountain #sweepstakes
